I sat in back of the huge beautiful Gong. i closed my eyes and then, with the first strike, a wave of time began to unfold before me, within me, around me. with the swirling, building, enveloping sound i was thrown into a time warp. a worm hole it looked to be and i was swept up in it's motion. i felt like a time traveller going through time warps, blues and oranges and light whipping by my head. it was magical. it was so easy to get lost in it's majesty and i did. where i was going didn't matter, it was the movement that carried me forward. and then the whale sounds began. suddenly i was in Mother Ocean, in the deep blue sea swimming with my compadres. everything was moving in a big spinning and expansive circle, a big Divine circle of life and everything and everyone was there, swimming in the soup of life. i was vibrating with life, i felt alive! i wanted it to go on forever...

Suzanne’s Sound Healing Meditation is always a special event for me. In theory, different sound frequencies can enter the body and change its energies but I think Suzanne’s kindness and loving intention are just as important in this process. In practice, I often have difficulty maintaining concentration when meditating but the beautiful sounds of the crystal bowls provide a focal point for my mind. As I listen in a meditative state, the tones seem to permeate my whole body and consciousness. When it’s over, I truly feel like I’ve had a spiritual experience.
